Internal Cultivation
Daoist Nature, Buddhist Wisdom
"Internal cultivation is the intentional act of seeking to improve one’s body, mind and spirit. Just as a field must be tilled and a garden must be tended to yield results, so must we cultivate ourselves from the inside out to enrich our physical and spiritual being. A part of almost every culture and religion, the ancient Chinese made an art out of internal cultivation based on Chinese medicine and naturalist philosophy."

Yin Style Bagua Cultivation
The internal cultivation of Yin Style Bagua has a rich history, and much depth in practice. Originating from a 'Daoist' and a 'Buddhist' in the mountains and being opened to the public by founder Dong Haichuan.
Our line comes down from Dong's longest standing student Yin Fu. |
Natural Daoism
The teachings derive from an old hermit tradition of Daoism, with ties to both Huashan, and Emeishan. While many traditions of Daoism carry strong religious elements, our line emphasises internal cultivation in the non-secular.

Wuxin Gong - Esoteric Zen
This is a modern school synthesised and founded in the 1970's and 1980's. Drawing upon the received teachings and insights from both the Zen and Mikkyo schools of Buddhism in Japan, while recognising and embracing the Daoist and Shinto influences.
